[SlimDevices: Audiophiles] Extend car audio and video signal

Does anyone know how to extend audio and video signal from a multimedia
car source? I want to be able to play audio (and maybe video) from my
car to an outside source like speakers. The distance would be over 50
ft. Thanks!

There are plenty of solutions for remote streaming wireless audio and
video, but I'm not sure what it's got to do with the squeezebox
ecosystem or, indeed, an audiophile solution. Perhaps try a car audio
forum for people with more experience of this type of thing?
