TT Buffer Tweak post Enhanced digital output

Having installed Triode's enhanced digital output tweak app, my SBT is
now happily playing high hi-rez material. However, I notice that the
buffer setting (checked using tt -s) has been changed to 20000 and I can
no longer change it via tt -b N (I did it, it says it was doing it,
reboot, tt -s and it still says 20000). While my SBT is sounding pretty
nice now and it is still controversial as to whether the buffer tweak
does anything (I hear that it does), I am just wondering if the buffer
is still tweakable and whether is is worth it given all the other
changes already made.

Thanks.

Heard Triode mods wipes off TT3.0. Can you mail the sequence of install
you did. Whats the difference you find with Triode + TT3.0 as against
TT3.0 alone.

The touch sounds very good when EDO and TT30 is used its just that
buffer issue that kills it.
I would like to do it but the code from touchsgotrythm.blogspot.sg
scares me.
Please please please help!
changing the buffer using tt doesn't work, you have to edit the files to
your desired value as discussed in touchsgotrythm.blogspot

I'll try and answer any other questions
